The great news is that by eating healthy foods you can actually improve your kid’s immune system to either prevent colds and/or enable them to get over colds faster.

Here is the story of how making fresh carrot juice every prevented the flu and colds in my family for 8 months. I am now a total believer in juicing for health every morning for my entire family; including my 2 and 3 year old babies.
It all started when I became a mom. As an older mom, I gave birth to one baby at 38 and the second one at 39, literally 11 months apart.
