Most chocolate frosting that you buy from a store are loaded with chemicals and high fructose corn syrup. This recipe is a healthy chocolate frosting that is made using Agave syrup and coconut milk powder. You would NEVER know it was a healthy frosting as it tastes amazing!

I am JUMPING for joy to have created a really yummy chocolate frosting that spreads just like a regular frosting and tastes AMAZING! No one would know that it is healthy! It is so quick and easy to make too!

It’s the little things that can make you so happy. You can turn lemons into lemonade, and you can turn bread ends into bread pudding!

This is the story of how I learned how to make  bread pudding using the remaining end pieces of a whole wheat bread loaf.

For I have to admit.

The one thing that I really don’t like about really healthy whole wheat bread is………. without exception is the last few pieces of the loaf always seem to fall apart. It seems that the healthier the bread is, the type void of preservatives and chemicals, the more frequently this occurs.

Therefore, left in my refrigerator is almost always 2-3 slices of broken bread in the bag with no purpose at all, often ripped and not “sandwich worthy.”
