100% pure maple syrup is a wonderful substitute for sugar, and is ideal to use when making healthy cookies, healthy muffins, and healthy desserts. I am not referring to the maple syrup that comes shaped like an robust woman, or the maple syrup that has an ingredient list so long that you forget what product you were even looking at.
